Baandhani is a very rare and difficult process of tie and dye .At Neelgar we try to do a microscopic form of baandhani .We have been working very closely with the craft communities ,to create the finest level of pieces.
Patchwork sarees and stoles are a small line that we produce ,Initially it started ,when we received an order on garments. We were left with some wastage ,which we wanted to use , so we made a few reversible patchwork stoles. They became very popular and people started asking us to produce more .As a result we started cutting fresh fabric lengths that we produce for garment designers and retail sales.
We can produce these sarees in any color story that you like .
For people who love surprises, here is one from @neelgarfashion ,a silk reversible saree . Beautiful shades of yellow and green in many different techniques of bandhani, leheriya, Block Prints, shibori on one single saree.
